The Smart Energy Code Company (SECCo) was established as a corporate vehicle to assist the SEC Panel in exercising its powers, duties, and functions.
The SECCo Board membership is almost identical to the SEC Panel membership: each SEC Panel member is appointed as a SECCo Director except for BEIS and Ofgem representatives, and the SEC Panel Chair is also appointed as the SECCo Chair. The SECCo Board meets once a month, after the SEC Panel meeting.
